What is Prison OP in Minecraft?

Prison OP is an overpowered version of the prison gamemode: you mine, sell and rank up with fast progression, huge numbers and powerful custom pickaxe enchants.

What is the PinnaMC server IP?

The IP is play.pinnamc.com, on Minecraft Java Edition (recent Java versions).

What should I buy first as a beginner?

Token Greed on your pickaxe. It gives more Tokens, which you then spend on Haste, Speed and your first AOE enchant like Jackhammer.

Do I need a command to play in my language?

No. PinnaMC detects your Minecraft client language automatically and shows messages, menus and items in that language.

How do I get free rewards?

Vote every day on the vote page, complete gang daily challenges and link your Discord account with /link.

Prison OP Beginner Guide: Your First Hour on PinnaMC

This Prison OP beginner guide walks you through your first hour on PinnaMC. In short: join play.pinnamc.com, head to your private mine, mine with your prison pickaxe, sell your blocks, rank up, put your first Tokens into Token Greed, then vote daily, join a gang and link your Discord for extra rewards.

PinnaMC (play.pinnamc.com) is a Prison OP Minecraft server with automatic multi-language support: it plays in your own language. Prison OP means overpowered prison: fast progression, huge numbers and crazy enchants. The server detects the language of your Minecraft client, so everything below shows up in English, French or Spanish without typing a single command.

Step 1: Join the server (minutes 0 to 2)

Launch Minecraft Java Edition (recent Java versions).
Click Multiplayer, then Add Server.
Enter play.pinnamc.com and join.

That is it. No language command, no resource pack puzzle. If your game is in French, menus and messages are in French; if it is in English, they are in English. More on that on our languages page.

Step 2: Your pickaxe and your private mine (minutes 2 to 5)

You receive your prison pickaxe, the heart of the gamemode. It carries your enchants, levels up as you mine and can later hold crystals and skins. Right-click it any time to open the enchant menu.

Next, type /mine go. You are teleported to your own private mine. Nobody else mines your blocks, and because PinnaMC's mines are packet-based, there is no block lag even when the whole server is mining.

Step 3: Mine and sell (minutes 5 to 15)

Start mining. Every block you break is collected in your backpack automatically, so your inventory never fills up.

Type /sellall to sell your backpack for Money.
Check /backpack to see your backpack and its upgrades.
When autosell is available to you, turn it on so blocks are sold as you mine.

While you mine, you also earn Tokens (for enchants), Rankup XP and Pickaxe XP. Your mine refills on its own, and you can refill it yourself with /mine reset.

Step 4: Rank up (minutes 15 to 20)

Your main progression ladder is rankup. Use /rankup to climb, or /rankup max to buy as many levels as you can afford at once. Ranks give rewards and unlock new content as you go up.

Later on, once your rankup is maxed, you will unlock rebirth, a big reset that gives permanent skill tree upgrades. Do not worry about that yet.

Step 5: Buy your first enchants (minutes 20 to 35)

Right-click your pickaxe and spend your first Tokens. A beginner-friendly order:

Priority	Enchant	Why
1	Token Greed	Earns more Tokens, which pay for everything else
2	Haste / Speed	Cheap, instant comfort
3	Jackhammer or Mega Drill	Your first AOE enchant: breaks many blocks at once
Later	Tactical Nuke, Meteor Shower, Black Hole...	Big animated AOE enchants for more income

Focus on a few enchants rather than spreading Tokens thinly: proc chance grows with level, so one enchant at a high level usually beats five at level 1. Keep an eye on your Token balance after every mining session and spend it right away, since Tokens sitting in your balance do nothing for you. Our full enchant guide goes deeper, and the features page lists what the server offers.

Step 6: Vote and claim daily rewards (minutes 35 to 40)

Voting is the easiest free boost in the game, and it also helps new players discover PinnaMC. Visit the vote page, vote on each listed site and claim your in-game rewards. Do it every day: it takes a minute and speeds up your early game a lot.

Step 7: Join a gang (minutes 40 to 50)

Prison is more fun with friends. Gangs on PinnaMC level up from the blocks their members mine, compete on /gang top, and earn gang points from daily challenges that buy upgrades for the whole gang, like currency boosters and extra member slots.

/gang create <name> to start your own.
/gang join <gang> after someone invites you.

Ask in chat or on Discord: many players are happy to welcome newcomers, whatever language they speak. Thanks to automatic multi-language, you can team up with players from other countries and still read every gang menu in your own language.

Step 8: Link your Discord (minutes 50 to 55)

Join our Discord, then type /link in game. You get a code to enter with the /link command on Discord. Linking your account gives rewards and puts you on the leaderboards, and Discord is where announcements and events happen.

Step 9: Plan your next session (minutes 55 to 60)

Before logging off, set yourself a goal for next time:

Reach a new rankup milestone.
Get your first AOE enchant to a solid level.
Expand your private mine from the /mine menu.
Complete your gang's daily challenge.

Common beginner mistakes

Skipping Token Greed: it is the engine of your whole pickaxe.
Forgetting to sell: a full backpack is lost income. Use /sellall or autosell.
Not voting: free rewards every day, for one minute of effort.
Playing solo forever: gangs add boosters, challenges and friends.
